We combine research, education, and patient care services across the spectrum of rehabilitative needs, from patients who are brain injured, on ventilators, will be stroke survivors, have spinal cord injuries or are in need of general rehabilitation care – both short and long term in duration. We have 23 outpatient sites serving the region -- stretching from Cape Ann to Cape Cod. Regardless of where you live in our area, you could contribute to the Spaulding Network.
We practice with an interdisciplinary treatment team perspective to patient care. We also offer innovative opportunities such as our “Create A Clinician” program where tuition can be reimbursed in advance if the staff member is enrolled in a program resulting in being credentialed in a clinical profession, such as RN, PT, COTA, SLP, and the like.
All Spaulding facilities have excellent benefits and are Equal Opportunity Employers. Our environment is welcoming to all and we recognize the unique contributions that woman, minorities, veterans, people with disabilities, and GLBT can make, given the diverse talents needed in our organization to provide care to the diverse communities we serve.
